R.G. Waterworth began DJing and MCing events over 5 years ago while helping organize and run non-alcoholic events for college students through a non-profit called Phi Slam. Each event was strategically themed, and the organization grew to regularly having over 5,000 college students at large events.

 

As Phi Slam grew, R.G.'s production-engineer experience grew- different organizations would ask to R.G. to assist in planning, running, and/or Djing their events, ranging from non-profit events, private parties, formals, and weddings.

 

He gained further experience serving as the University of Georgia football team's Operations Graduate Assistant for the 2012 and 2013 seasons. In 2013 he was approached by then UGA AD of Football, Josh Brooks, to assist working in game day production at Sanford Stadium, which ultimately resulted in DJing UGA Athletic Association functions.
